Product introduction

Spiral separator is used for separating slime (0.15-2mm) equipment, it has the advantages of simple structure, high sorting efficiency, no noise, no rotating parts, no power, very little maintenance, long service life and so on. The sorting effect is not only related to the nature of the mineral itself, but also directly related to the structural parameters of the spiral separator: inclination, pitch, diameter, section shape, etc.

Technical characteristics

(1) SPLX-A type spiral sorting machine is the basic spiral sorting machine, which can adapt to conventional thermal coal sorting applications;

(2) SPLX-B type spiral separator is equipped with a pre-discharge scale device, which can greatly improve the sorting accuracy of the spiral separator and the adjustable row and flexibility of the spiral separator;

(3) The SPLX-D spiral separator is equipped with DUBLE rectifying and resorting device, which can fully reconcentrate coarse slime and obtain fine fine coal with low ash content;

(4) The whole machine adopts modular design, easy assembly and disassembly, and can also add or remove some parts according to customer requirements, easy disassembly and installation;

(5) The pulp distributor of the spiral separator uses a parallel throat breathing tube to feed the material, and the reverse siphon ensures the pulp passes through

The stability of volume and flow rate can effectively improve the sorting effect of spiral separator;

(6) The new spiral sorting machine adopts advanced multiple parabolic groove, advanced design, which can maximize the recovery rate of products;

(7) The flow parts of the equipment are wear-resistant polyurethane or polyurea pouring spray, high strength, wear resistance, greatly improve the service life of the spiral separator;
