Smax-N Hydrocyclones (Large Cone Angle Hydrocyclones)

Smax-N cyclones employ a large cone angle design. A larger cone angle results in a faster centrifugal force change rate, causing finer particles to rapidly enter the inner vortex. Meanwhile, the concentration of fluid in the conical section is relatively high, preventing the overflow of fineparticles into the outer vortex caused by local circulation flow. It's suitable for conditions wherethe raw material has a high proportion of fine particles and a large cyclone overflow volume is required.

Product introduction

The N series cyclone adopts a large cone Angle design, and the larger the cone Angle will produce a larger centrifugal force change rate, so that the fine particles will quickly enter the inner cyclone, and the higher the fluid concentration at the cone will prevent the fine particles caused by the local circulation flow from overflow into the outer cyclone.

Technical characteristics

(1) Adopt compulsory classification technology;

(2) Fluid simulation design column section ratio to improve the classification time while maintaining low energy consumption;

(3) Customize the cone Angle according to the nature of the user's materials, and reasonably improve the overflow proportion and classification efficiency;

Scope of application

It is suitable for grading materials with abnormal grain ratio (overflow accounts for a large proportion) and construction sand sorting operation.
