Fine sand recovery machine

Product introduction

SPXS-H series of fine sand recovery machine is composed of high efficiency cyclone, high frequency dewatering screen, slurry pump and pump pool. After the overflow flow of the sand washing machine enters the pump pool, it is transported to the cyclone through the slurry pump, and the fine sand is recovered in the cyclone and enters the dewatering screen for dehydration.

Technical characteristics

(1) It is optional to install a double-pass swirl device to enhance the sand washing recovery rate and improve the adaptability of the sand washing and recycling machine to incoming material fluctuations.

(2) Equipped with a liquid level self-balancing system, which can maintain the stability of the pump pool, provide a stable working condition for the cyclone, and improve the efficiency of fine sand recovery.

(3) Can be loaded Smax-E series conventional cyclone, Smax-N series sand cyclone, Smax-B series efficient recovery cyclone, adapt to different raw materials.
